"This place is a nice and quiet place.. Not too crowded. I like how Darien at front desk was very helpful and patient with the issues I was having with my reservation. I like how the company also offer free carts and dollys for our move in as well. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because there was no way for us to cancel a reservation or even go back to the reservation we reserved and actually book the unit. Think yall need to provide a link on the site where we can just type in our reservation number to retrieve that reservation and process it. Overall it was a good experience. Will recommend to friends and family!! Thank you!"
